Technology is so inseparably woven into the fabric of global society that we cannot do life without it. As a result, believers are being discipled by the Internet. Interactions with screens, more than in sanctuaries, are daily influencing believers as they engage with culture, society, politics, worldviews, and matters of faith. So what can, and must be done? The Church must begin a dialogue to offer solutions, or it will lose the conversation and lose its voice.

It is time for the Church to empower believers in the digital new world. The Church must strategically stand firm in the proclamation and application of the Truth of God’s Word while empowering believers to navigate life online as disciples of Jesus Christ.
