Dr. George M. Flattery was a visionary missionary leader who welcomed innovation as a tool of the Gospel. He pressed forward with cutting-edge technology and educational concepts to develop International Correspondence Institute (later called ICI University, and now Global University). His first reaction to seeing the potential of what we now know as the Internet was to ask, “How can we use this to win people to Jesus?”
This was the beginning of a second global ministry that is known now as Network211. Network211 uses the Internet as a tool of the Gospel and has made over 64.4 million Gospel presentations in 243 nations and territories since October 2008.
In the final months of his life, Dr. Flattery learned how to use Generative AI and Copilot to increase his personal knowledge and to enhance his theological writings. Without hesitation, he encouraged Network211 to delve into the AI world and leverage it to fulfill the Great Commission.
Dr. Flattery was promoted to heaven in August of 2025. Now is our time to honor his legacy, embrace contemporary innovation, and develop the use of AI for evangelism and discipleship.

Together, we can launch the most powerful and innovative tools of this millennium to personally impact lives and fulfill the Great Commission, to the glory of God.
Reaching Souls Via the Internet. Power the final push for Network211 to fulfill Project 100Million and present the Gospel to 100 million individuals worldwide.
AI-Powered Data Lake – A digital library of Assemblies of God and Pentecostal content to resource AI tools with biblically sound, Spirit-filled content.
A Human Avatar. A multilingual avatar capable of communicating in 120 languages, serving as an evangelist, discipleship partner, theologian, and guide for people worldwide, including those in restricted nations.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). All Network211 content will be aligned with GEO standards so as to gain ranking in the AI Indexing.
Glean Content from AG church service videos. We can extract content for AG church who place their services online. This will feed the Data Lake and provide an analysis of what is being proclaimed in AG churches.
Provide Global Access. Content will be curated and acquired “From All Nations to All Nations” (to quote an ICI motto), and place a link to Network211 content on every AG church website in the world to provide global access.
