Trinidad and Tobago – Male

I have debilitating back pain, shoulder pain, and headaches. I have used strong painkillers for a long time and even became addicted. When I stop taking the painkillers the pain comes back. I dont know what to do. I am at the end of my rope and I feel like giving up. Please pray for me

I am 33 years old and should be in the prime of my life but it feels like my life is ending.
